中國故事趣談 Chinese Myth and Folklores
由老師說故事的方式來介紹中國的歷史與文化﹐內容包括百聽不厭的西遊記､民間習俗､神話傳說､民族英雄故事…等﹐能激發學生學習中文的興趣及對中國文化的認同｡
國畫
Chinese Painting
國畫是中華民族傳統藝術﹐使用毛筆以水墨､顏色於宣紙上書寫作畫﹐能怡情養性｡
書法 Chinese Calligraphy
書法是中華民族傳統藝術﹐學習中國書法能怡情養性﹐更可一窺博大精深中華文化之堂奧｡
西畫 Art - Drawing
讓學生留下絢麗的未來﹐培養豐富的想像力﹐敏銳的觀察力﹐建立基本的繪畫鑑賞能力｡
雙語文化班 Bilingual Activities
It’s a class where non-Mandarin speaking students get exposure to Mandarin and the Chinese culture through engaging activities.
圍棋 GO (encirclement chess) ﹝限五歲以上同學選修﹞
圍棋起源於古老的中國﹐已經有幾千年的歷史﹐是中國的國粹｡圍棋不僅能培養耐性､訓練腦力､以靜制動﹐還能提高學生思考､分析與判斷的能力｡
心算 Mental Arithmetic ﹝限一年級以上同學選修﹞
透過系統的﹐由淺入深的訓練﹐可培養孩子專注的學習態度﹐開闊心智﹐克服學習障礙﹐增進數學演算能力｡
卡通動漫畫 Animation Illustration
教導學生卡通角色設計的基本觀念，並著重於框架、姿態、及人物組合。學生學習用簡單的狀及線條，來畫出類似anime/manga卡通中的角色，然後加上細節及動作。最重要的是，學生得以自己設計自己的卡通角色。
To teach students basic concept of character design with emphasis on key framing, poses, and character compositions. Students learn to use basic shapes and lines to construct complex characters, such as those found in anime/manga/cartoon. Most importantly, students get to design their own characters.
勞作創意 Creative Craft
