2011-2012學年度註冊單(Registration From)

 

 

North Valley Chinese School (NVCS) is currently accepting registrations for 2011-2012 school year; first day of school is September 11th, 2011. Registration is accepted in the order received; students will be placed on waiting list if a class is full. NVCS has P (Pre-K), K through 12th grade heritage-Mandarin and CSL (Chinese as a Second Language) classes. In addition, there are the following cultural classes: Chinese Painting & Calligraphy, Art – Drawing, Animation, and Chinese Culture Topics.

Dates: Sundays, 9/11/2011 through 6/3/2012
Mandarin Classes: 9 - 11:10am
Cultural Classes: 11:20am - 12:10pm
Location(2011-2012 school year): 3435 Birchwood Lane, San Jose, CA 95132

To register, please bring registration form and note the following:
P Class is for students born before 12/1/2007; proof of age document required.
K Class is for students 5 years of age and older.
Placement test required for all transfer students.

Refund Policy (per each student):
$30 cancellation fee if registration is cancelled BEFORE 9/11/2011
$50 cancellation fee if registration is cancelled on 9/11/2011 or through 9/25/2011
No refund if registration is cancelled AFTER 9/25/2011
This policy applies to all students, new or returning.

上課時間: 9/11/2011至6/3/2012 星期日
國語班: 9 - 11:10 am
文化班: 11:20 am - 12:10 pm

學生註冊請繳交註冊單. 註冊須知:
學前初級班 (P Class) 招收2007年12月1日之前出生的兒童; 需出示生日證明文件｡
學前中級班 (K Class) 招收年滿五歲的兒童｡
轉學生/插班生需參加轉學考試以決定就讀年級｡

退費辦法(每位學生):
9/11/2011之前取消註冊者,酌收手續費30元｡
9/11/2011至9/25/2011取消註冊者,酌收手續費50元｡
9/25/2011之後不再退費｡
本辦法適用於所有新生和舊生｡
